From 11/2017 to 3/2018 I was a consultant for the Marketing division of Salesforce. I worked closely with the Strategy, Creative and Leadership teams to improve the mobile experience for salesforce.com. My objective was to facilitate organizational change. To do so I would help articulate a new vision for mobile, zeroing in on specific opportunities and tactics to engage mobile users and drive growth.

NCC Group hired me on after an initial engagement with Pivotal Labs. Due to rapidly evolving requirements, the proposed design was out of sync with current needs. Engineers had removed what seemed extraneous and added a bunch of data elements. My first task was to redesign the fundamental units of the web app: system templates and the “vulnerability card”. Digital Air Strike is the automotive industry’s largest and most experienced provider of social media, reputation management and lead response solutions, serving thousands of dealers nationwide. Digital Air Strike has received recognition from Microsoft and been endorsed by GM, Kia and Ford.

As the project lead, I worked closely with the management team in Sunnyvale to develop requirements. Throughout the process I collaborated with remote team members, including the CMO/COO, Technical Lead and Designer. I provided UX, IxD and UI consulting services, including feedback and direction in the creative phase to produce final deliverables. I also did front end development, QA and testing.

This was a 9 month project, lasting from August 2012 to April 2013.

Omega Boys Club: Alive and Free Redesign

The project was to create a new website as part of a rebranding campaign and upgrade from static HTML to WordPress for a local nonprofit.

This was a 9 month project that started in September 2012 and launched July 2013.

The Omega Boys Club, founded in San Francisco in 1987, works with youth to end violence.  Alive & Free is an Omega Boys Club life-changing program. Young people who have learned the Alive & Free prescription have a new set of life skills to make choices that help them go to college, succeed in life, and give back to their communities

Fenton is a social change communications agency founded in 1982 and with offices in 5 cities.

My role included:  project lead, UX, IxD, project management, front end development and QA.
